- S: A couple of scenes between journalists and detectives feel overly simplified, particularly given the nature of the case, but otherwise the film is very well communicated.
- C: Great costuming, set design, and production design throughout. Only mistake is a glaring makeup attempt to age Robert Downey Jr.'s character which was well wide of the mark.
- E: Pretty hard to make a film that is mostly about paperwork interesting, but this film nails it.
- N: Story is excellent but hangs too long on Robert Downey Jr.'s character.
- T: No bonus points.
Solid thriller, but lacks a certain finesse and artistic nature that would push it over the edge. Great story, but not enough pizazz.
