- S: Film takes a hard turn near the end, and the ability to suspend disbelief goes with it.
- C: Nothing note-worthy. Some obvious lighting incongruities/mistakes.
- E: Pretty good pacing and probably the best acting I've seen from Kevin Costner and Joan Allen as well.
- N: Great dialogue writing is the highlight of the film. However, the twist ending feels rushed and there are some subplots which are obviously unnecessary and there
only for flash.
- T: One bonus point for an explosive, literally, scene.
Great dialogue and memorable lines carry this movie on its back. In trying to be unique, the story implodes on itself with the surprise ending. Has a very classic late 90's
early 00's feel if you're in the mood for a decent, nostalgic movie.
