- S: The film tends a bit towards nonsense, but that's part of its charm. Hard to suspend disbelief during the shooting and bombing sequences however.
- C: Costuming and sets are the backbone of this film. They are arguably the primary reason for its success and are responsible for the world building.
- E: Very energetic watch supported mostly by excellent music and score. Only lulls a bit during the period where Corbyn gets his mission assignment, where the scene feels a bit like a
sitcom sketch.
- N: The universe of the fifth element is extremely interesting, but has some elements that are a bit unimaginative. I found some of the "futuristic" elements like the cars and robots to be a bit simple, and the stones and final scene a
bit trite, but still makes for a great movie.
- T: The film received two bonus points: one for excellent music and one for great costume design.
This is a great sci-fi classic for a reason. For a movie this silly, there is so much good.
